Link Logistics CTO Featured in Commercial Property Executive: ‘Property Management Success: How AI Enhances Industrial’

Link Logistics CTO Clark Ardern was recently featured in Commercial Property Executive. In an article headlined “Property Management Success: How AI Enhances Industrial,” he discussed the adoption of artificial intelligence within the industrial real estate sector.

Ardern, who is responsible for Link Logistics’ technology strategy as well as the implementation of its digital products and services, discussed how the firm leverages emerging digital tools to help internal teams perform their functions more efficiently. In the article, Ardern highlights a language-processing model that “interrogates the information in a human interaction kind of way,” which allows customers and employees to “get data points faster, easier and smoother.”

In addition, Ardern shared his perspective on how quickly the market will adopt this new technology. “When you think about when the PC was introduced, it took 20 years to really impact productivity and operations,” he told the publication. “With mobile and cloud [technology] it was even shorter, and with AI it is going to be even shorter than that.”
